Fawaz’s 22 years’ experience includes corporate finance, strategic planning and funding. Fawaz joined Maaden Aluminium in 2013 as Director Treasury managing funding strategy, capital structure, value creation and cost reduction. In 2017, he moved to Maaden corporate focusing on strategic planning, business development, strategy and enterprise performance management. In 2019, he was appointed as Group Treasurer and in 2023, as Vice President, Corporate Finance & Group Treasury. Fawaz is a board member of Maaden Phosphate Company and Sahara & Maaden Petrochemical Company.
